Vancouver passed a by law that allows them to fine individuals $1000 for breaking the distancing rules
Also, the cafe was shut in the second picture. There were still a lot of racers in Richmond park today (Tues) all coming past a bit too close for my liking. (it was the fact they were passing me that really hacked me off!)
