Sign Posts

About a year ago I went to a residents association meeting and there was a half hour presentation by an Historian about sign posts. It seems that if you can get one done up at the end of your road and restored to what it was like years ago, it puts thousands of £ onto the value of your house!
Well not guessing where the first sign post is the clues are plenty but where is the second one!
