I’m nursing a very swollen ankle after turning it on Sunday
at tennis (dangerous game, don’t do it) so I wasn’t able to recce the ride
today that I’d planned. So in the best traditions of Blue Peter we are going to
do one I made earlier. Last year we cycled to Hazelmere from Cobham and I’m
proposing we follow that route again. Lunch in Weatherspoon’s in Hazelmere and
then return to Horsley for tea, 56 miles from 11s to tea, a lumpy course but after
last week’s epic it will be a breeze. Prompt start at 11 am please.
