Brian led us on a a lovely ride today starting with a good turnout in Guildford, undulating in the morning and decidedly hilly in the afternoon, returning through Hindhead and the new cycle track overlooking the Devil's Punchbowl, where the old A3 has been torn up and replaced by grass.
43 miles with 862 metres of ascent.

Absolutely cracking day. So good to get out onto different terrain - with the "Old A3" as a great bonus.
Congratulations Brian, well planned and well executed!
Plus, my highest mileage for the year: 100 miles exactly - including a circuit around my hose to reach the magic Ton!
