I'm planning a short ride on Wednesday, so that people will have a chance to get home in the light. Lunch at the King's Head, Quarry Street, Guildford, and tea at Pilgrim Cycles.
There are a few miles of benign track, and I've tucked a couple of hills in, to give us a bit of exercise on an easy day.

Hi Mark, Does "benign track" men I would be unwise to take the Fratello? Best wishes, Dave.
Hi Dave,
The track is the Drove Road from the top of Staple Lane to Guildford via Newlands Corner. I rode it today and it's not rough or mucky. Your Fratello would come to no harm, but your Heritage, with its grippier tyres, might be a better choice. There are lots of leaves, very pretty, but always giving the possibility of a slip.
The Fratello would be quicker, but Wednesday won't be about speed - not for me, anyway!
Yours,
Mark
