On Wednesday we will be heading north from Addlestone to the
Coach & Horses at Ickenham (www.classicinns.co.uk/thecoachandhorsesickenham).
There are several stretches off-road, some on tarmac, some on gravel, in fact a
wide selection of different types of gravel. Nothing technical; I rode the
