First of all I should say thanks to Mark for the route (I copied most of it from his 2015 blog post!). The weather was kind to us and stayed dry throughout. The Prince of Wales in Reigate was ok (good value sandwiches etc) but a bit too close to the railway station (see pic) and I suspect it will not become a regular haunt.
Thanks also to Brian for finding a much more scenic route along the North Downs at the top of Wray Lane, avoiding the nasty junction with the A217/M25.
Here’s a little video of the route for those who like such things: https://www.relive.cc/view/2333972176
.
Last but not least, many thanks to Geoff for his excellent back marking and pub door opening.

It's not the proximity to the railway station that might put us off going back there, it's the proximity to Wray Lane! Excellent ride and lovely pub - thank you Mike (and Mark).
