Dieppe Raid - 100km

A good turnout from the Wayfarers at Dieppe today - the 100 km ride was done by two parties, a small group of whippets involving the ever-speedy Ray and a larger, more stately group led by Pete that took time to enjoy the countryside.

The Cyclo-Club Dieppoise, our hosts, had set out an excellent route again this year, interesting and challenging without being exhausting. The route was largely well marked, though there were one or two junctions where the man with the red paint and the man with the orange paint had different views. It didn't matter - they all led to the same place - lunch at St Aubin le Cauf and a finish back at Dieppe with many raffle prizes for the entrants.

Our thanks to all involved in the organisation for a great weekend - many more photos and tales to come when the main party returns.

Mark
