Like most of you I do miss just getting out on the bike. The trouble is, nowhere to stop with a coffee in the warm. One place I (being one to take advantage of an opportunity) had noticed is warm and inviting Launderette. Most are empty, have chairs and are always warm, grab a coffee and warm up.
If you are still feeling not able to venture out and crave a bit of cycling intake, then you must take a look at the GCN (Global Cycling Network) on youtube. It's not all Hitech TDF inspired. There some great, funny videos to watch. So settle down with a glass of your favourite tipple and enjoy.

Thanks for the idea Tony,so I am not alone finding motivation hard. There is some good stuff on cycletouring on YouTube. I am interested in the ride around Salisbury Plain and was surprised to find interesting snippets available.
