The Committee on 24th April agreed to change the departure times from elevenses. A 20 minute stagger window for B sub-groups, and 10 minutes for As was agreed. (This was to give more time for social interaction). Ride Leaders should plan their rides accordingly.

I believe that a 20 minute gap between B GROUP DEPARTURES is too much time,
Given that we need to allow about 15 minutes for Tea/Coffee.
A group of us leave Worcester park/N Cheam together that being an average of 7 or sometimes more, so if 1 or more riders is in the first group out from elevenses & some are in the last group out, that will mean waiting almost an hour to start your ride.
So are we to break up our group out from Worcester? This would mean we can't help each other with directions or mechanical problems.
I think it should be the other way round as the A s are faster riders so can make up the distances quicker.

I disagree with just two groups as we can have up to 28 riders that means that we then ideally require 4 leaders to make it manageable. I can't see why we can't stay with 10 minute gaps that make it more social than a 30 minute gap. It
