Bright enough at the start of the day, over the Campsie Fells to Callander, where we were served scones by a nice Polish lady. Then on to Crianlarich for lunch, raining by then, Tyndrum, Bridge of Orchy then up on to Rannoch Moor, where it was rather brighter. On to Glencoe, appropriately misty and rainy, Ballachulish and in to our Hotel in Onich, where I have a splendid view over the loch.
An easy day tomorrow, apparently - only 85 miles.
Today was 106.51 with 5722 feet of ascent.

Mark. You are making good progress fantastic. The names of the towns you pass through I remmember from a YHA trip to Scotland in 1961 and what a wonderfull tour it was. I remmember particularly Carbisdale Castle YHA somewher near Ranoch Moor if I remmeber correctly. The ride down glen Coe to Fort William and onto Sky is a dull memory as it never stopped raining. I hope to do all this one day soon in dry weather? Your end is near Good Luck!
