Notice: The AGM for CTC South West London will commence at 11:00 in the Hersham WI Hall on Wednesday 10th May 2023.

N.B. The NEW location marked “W” below. This remains reasonably close to the 11's Hersham Day centre “C” for those attending and wanting a quick coffee before the Meeting. Please leave the day centre by 10:45 latest. 

 Signing in sheets will be circulated once you are sitting down. The AGM Agenda, 22/23 Annual Report, Treasurer's Report and Minutes of the 2022 AGM, are available to read in advance online via links below. Please take the time and trouble to do so as this will help the meeting run smoothly and get us all back on our bikes quicker. 😀 We have to vacate the Hall and return it in “as found” (and vacuumed) by 12:30. No rubbish please. As last year, a reduced number of papers will be printed and will be available on the day to share.

Bike parking (Shown “B” above) has been arranged behind the hedge in the adjacent parish managed Vauxmead grounds. The gate will be unlocked between 10:30 and 11:00 and locked again for the duration of the AGM. Dave W has volunteered to marshal this. Security however cannot be guaranteed, so please feel free to also use your pub lunch locks.👍
