We need to leave promptly from Addlestone. Lunch at Hambledon, via Shackleford. Some flat, fast road and a smattering of hills including a last hurrah over Leith to tea at Denbie’s. Approx 24 miles to lunch. I’m rigging a spinnaker on my bike, looks like a windy one.

Hi Hans don't fancy such a long ride to lunch and more to the point the lousy ride to Addleston, so contemplating meeting you for lunch! A spinnaker may help but keep the Mainsail down or you will capsize! Would you by any chance be lunching at the Merry Harriers & more importantly will Simon L be with you, I have a receipt of £656 from St. Raphael's for Hilly 50 which I would like to present to him.
