A lovely day out, not a drop of rain and a good share of sunshine. We left Hersham with more than a dozen following, Mark, Beryl, Bill (who is 90 next week! I'm sure he won't mind me saying), Pat, Sandy, Peter, Mick and Nev, Christine, Eddy (thanks for back marking), and a few more. Albert beat us to lunch though it didn't take us long to cover the six miles from Hersham through to Walton Bridge, along the river to Weybridge and round to the Pelican on the industrial estate. They serve a good variety of meals at a good price. We then headed on route 4 to Chertsey Bridge and headed east (9 miles) for the walled garden at Sunbury, where we sat outside in the sunshine. A lovely circuit of Bushy Park finished off a lovely day. Steph
