Jeff gave us a brisk outing to our annual meeting with the East Sussex CTC; this year at the Green Man in Horsted Keynes rather than the Cat at West Hoathly. 40.27 miles at a healthy 12.2 mph, 2,320 feet of ascent (including the Cob Lane option) and 1,804 calories.
