You are cordially invited to join me on our first Surrey Hills group ride of 2021.
Start point will be outside the RBL Hall in Cobham, sadly not yet open, but close to the Bakery and toilets. Around 20 miles to lunch in Cranleigh, only one real hill (Sheapleas) but plenty of undulations.
Sadly too, no pub gardens open yet, but plenty of places to buy a sandwich lunch in Cranleigh, and seats in the sun to enjoy them. Note weather may be chilly. Toilets behind the Vaccination Centre (you can't miss it) as you enter Cranleigh from the east.
Around 18 not so hilly miles to tea at Denbies (no toilets) or Ryka’s, with toilets. No off road.

rules here, especially around keeping to your groups of 6 no matter how nice it is to meet "old" friends.
Your dedicated team of leaders will be exploring the route in arctic conditions on Monday; pray that Wednesday will be milder.
