B Group ride from Stoke d'Abernon on 7 April

Paul is leading next Wednesday's B Group ride, which will leave from the Bakery at Stoke d'Abernon.

We will be going to Great Bookham across the Common, then along Chapel Lane to climb Ranmore Common Road all the way to White Down, which we will descend before taking the NCN22 route for a gentle ride through the countryside to Dorking.  Lunch at the Stepping Stones pub (at about 17 miles) and back towards the Big Smoke in the afternoon, the official route via Box Hill, Walton-on-the-Hill, Tadworth and Tattenham Corner, finishing either there at the tea shack or in Banstead at the coffee shop.

Loos at the start and at lunch.  The pub will do hot food and make sandwiches to order but is sadly still not allowed to serve beer.

I have four leaders; Tony Hooker, Steph Wyatt, Tim Court and myself, but if the weather forecast improves I may need more; unfortunately, with the intervention of the Easter weekend, there will be little opportunity to take prospective leaders around all the course.  Courtesy of Tim, the route can be found at  https://ridewithgps.com/routes/35513302

Applications by e-mail to Paulandrewjames1949@yahoo.co.uk by Monday midnight please so that I can publish the groups on Tuesday.
