I have borrowed this ride and adapted slightly. We start at Cobham and ride 25 miles with 980 ft of ascent to The Red Lion Lightwater. Return route is 16 miles and 350 ft of ascent to the Walton Marina Cafe which is open until 6pm, east of Walton bridge along the Thames Path South bank. There is very delicious ice cream from the New Forest and very good Tea, Coffee and Cakes and seating overlooking the river Thames or in the marina overlooking the boats. You could even hire a motor launch for £60 an hour!.

Sandwiches are on Baguette,Ciabatta,White or Granary bread and come with chips OR salad at £9.99.
Fillings are as follows:- Cheese & Pickle, Ham & Coleslaw, Brie & Cranberry, BLT, Smoked Salmon and cream cheese, Tuna Mayo & Cucumber, Chicken Mayo, Prawn & Marie Rose sauce and Sausage & Chutney.
