This is the day you've been waiting two years for - another great Wayfarers Picnic.
We will meet at the Fairfield Centre in Leatherhead for light refreshments. Sherpas will be ready to carry your own picnic hamper (or Sainsbury's plastic bag) to Brockham, while you head off on a 25 mile loop to work up an appetite.
There will be a few hills but all will be rewarded with sweeping descents and views of larger hills you don't have to climb. Your leaders will deliver you to Brockham before one o'clock, where you can eat, drink and make merry with your cycling friends in the glorious August sunshine.
After your lovingly self-curated gastronomic feast there will be the option of a ride up through the local vineyard to view even more hills you don't need to climb, before sweeping down to Cobham for afternoon tea.
If you like to join the ride please email me by Monday evening and I will inform you of your group and starting time on Tuesday morning.
