Please let me know (cycledave23@gmail.com) if you could lead a group on next week's 'A' ride from Cobham to lunch at Reigate Hill and back to tea at the Old Moat Garden Centre, Epsom. About 20 miles to lunch and 10 to tea, so quite a short ride, but giving plenty of time to savour 2,100 ft of climbing without rushing, and still get home without needing lights! One off-road section (Bookham Common), but you could avoid this at your discretion. The .gpx routes are available from me now.
Update 29/10/20 - all group leader positions now filled (many thanks to those who have volunteered). Invitation to join the ride will appear in a few days.
