I guess I am now posting again here goes.
Not sure if you are aware but Terry is finally in hospital having his Hernia operation we wish him well.
I spoke to his wife and she tells me that she has also been diagnosed with Diabetes. The remarkable thing is that in the process she has lost two stone 15 kg in weight. That is remarkable! In my case I have only lost 5 kg but that is in 3 weeks, so maybe something to look forward to!

Mike, I think you may have misheard me. A year ago I was told I was pre-diabetic. Over the next 12 months I modified my diet and lost over 2 stone and am no longer in the pre-diabetic range. Best wishes - Sally.
