We will be heading west towards Windlesham before turning northwards to lunch at The Palmer Arms in Dorney. Tea will be at Squires, Upper Halliford.
We have about 26 miles to do before lunch so a prompt departure is necessary. There are quite a few long straight roads heading into the forecast wind. If you see someone struggling don't just sit behind them, or whizz straight past, pass and offer them a bit of protection from the wind. (The leader might also be grateful for this service!)
If all goes to plan we will then have some helpful tailwind just before lunch and most of the way to tea.
Also there is lots of water about and a few flooded roads so please bring your bike with mudguards (or even a pedalo if you have one).
