Social Distancing Measure

I went for a walk yesterday and picked up a Social Distancing Measure, which was lying un-loved beside the A3. 
High visibility, hollow foam (so light to carry), and exactly two metres long.

Here it is next to my bike for scale.

People were giving me a wide berth as I walked back home, but I've yet to work out how to fix it on the bike.
