Turbo or rollers ?? You can pay over £600 for some rollers! Why not make your own, using some old wheel hubs ( solid axles ) and angle iron ?? They could be ready for coronavirus mk2.

Brilliant. I'm off to my garage to start making one. I may be some while.
Although the drawing is undoubtedly Leonardo (see how cleverly he has done mirror writing?), I would suggest that the rollers themselves were earlier.
Probably from the Florentine lockdown of 1349, which was a plague year.
