A ride to Bushy Park - 16 April

Yesterday I reused Ged's exercise plan, specifically the warm-down bit of it, for an amble around Bushy Park.   Seemingly unlike Richmond Park, there are loads of places you can cycle if you don't mind a few bumps, and you're not in a hurry - so it's easy to stay away from other people, most of whom are very spread out anyway.

Exercise statistics:  Total distance 7.3 miles, average speed 8mph, ascent, 154 ft.  Possibly not the greatest exercise for the legs, but on another gorgeous day, it was extremely good for the mind.
